Description

During day this problem is intermittent, it progressively gets worse throughout the day. (NOTE: Can play any of the 145 Multiplayer games online 24/7 with no problem (its NOT my connection)

  • Click join Multilayer (Any game type/Any server)
  • Progress to next screen, Only black box visible (where player names/ms should be)
  • After 3-5 minutes Players/MS pops up
  • Progress to next screen (slot selection) no players visible, extremely slow to change slot when clicking different slots i.e from machine gunner to medic
  • After 2-3 Minutes my name pops up in slot and hit return
  • Downloads mission file fine
  • Receiving data box pops up (takes 30 minutes to receive data (during the day takes 50seconds 3 minutes (reasonable)

After this the problem progresses to either a

  • Desync
  • Connection Failure.
  • Join game and play.

Additional Information

This problem progresses throughout the day, Very sporadic problem but usually happens 7/10 times.

My MS/Ping is generally 60-120 at any given time.

Happens even when i join a friends server 3/4 miles down the road.

To solve your problem we need dxdiag and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3 Alpha\"

Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere please?
When the *.rar will be smaller than 2.097k, you can attach it here. Thank you.

If this issue is still reproducable for you, please create a new ticket for it and make sure to include all necessary information (files etc.).
