When respawning in some multiplayer scenarios the grenades in your inventory are unable to be used until dropped and picked up again.

This does not usually happen on the first spawn, but happens constantly on subsequent respawns.

The ammo display does not even show that there are grenades in the inventory and attempting to switch grenades does nothing.
