Game crash on start up and in game

Description

My game often crashes when I press the play icon on steam, I usually have to press it 2 or 3 times to get the game to run.

I also often crash in game for no reason, I dont even need to be doing anything to crash. My game will freeze and I alt tab and I get the following report (included in folder)

known issue, with many other threads...
I posed a workaround in one of them.

the work around never fixed it. the game continue to crash.

Have there been any other fixes?

Can you clean your crash dump folder and upload new package after this issue will happen again?
