Press ; to change to pistol

Edit:

  1. Showcase Scuba
  2. Change the weapon at the pistol
  3. Go into the water
  4. In diving, try to change weapon at SDAR
  5. Point 4 is not possible
  6. Swim to mine
  7. Try to defuse mines
  8. Point 7 is possible
Additional Information

Note: Switching to a different unit and back fixes the problem.
