Description

The railings surrounding the building (the yellowish ones) have no collision model meaning you can walk right through them. Also on the 2nd floor balcony on the western end of the building there is a random window pane not connected to a windowsill that just floats there. {F17213} {F17214}

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the building at (030,060) also known as House 2 (Big Inhabited)v1, The ID for the building is 81763.

Attempt to walk through the railings on the balconys and steps and you will find you can walk right threw them.

Go to the 2nd Floor Balcony and look around on the western end you will find a floating Window pane that is not connected to anything.

This issue is still reproducable in the latest dev build (0.53.103608).

My fault with uploading data on steam, in dev build 0.53.103696 is fixed.
