Steps To Reproduce
Play any mission or editor mode > Hop into a civilian Offroad or Hunter/Ifrit as driver or gunner. Mirrors/screens should be going crazy.

Settings during these sessions were maxed out. (very high-ultra)

I get this issue with SLI enabled. If I disable it, the ghosting and flickering is gone. Zoomba, you have a GTX 690. Attempt to recreate the issue with SLI disabled.

Disabled my SLI, flicker is removed, HOWEVER, the other issue of the "low framerate" effect I described still happens. I may possibly have to separate the low framerate effect from the flicker issue, though.
At least the flicker has a temp solution.
