Steps To Reproduce
Grab NLAW or RPG.
Make NLAW or RPG, the primary weapon so that teh current primary weapon is slung on the back.
With the NLAW or RPG as Primary, press the step over key.
The weapon slung to the characters back will extend outwards from the body some distance.
