Stay on the ground when running into the water with scuba gear

Description

Whenever you run (via Turbo) into the water with scuba gear on(haven't tested it without the gear) your player will run into the water and stay on the ground and keep running underwater as if he's not actually in water.

Steps To Reproduce

Hold the turbo button at the beginning of the scuba showcase and run into the water.

Additional Information

I don't know if it's just that particular part of the water in just that particular mission, but I would assume it happens everywhere

I experienced this problem at the time, but can confirm it has since been fixed.
