forced stand and equip of NLAW when adding to gear from crate

Description

after equipping the NLAW from crates the soldier is forced into standing then equips the NLAW. The character then swaps the NLAW for the rifle before the player can regain control. this slows done the process and exposes the player to enemy fire etc while standing and animating

similar to my issue ID:0007307

even when changing between any launchers and rifles soldier is forced into standing.

I was unable to reproduce this bug.

Please let us know if you are still able to reproduce this issue in latest Developement build.
