That's totally normal: PIP means a second scene has to be rendered, thus reducing overall performance...

Yeah but there is no fps difference between LOW and ULTRA...

Big fps drop for me with PIP too, goes from 30-40fps using 3rd person view in a vehicle (which is awful to start with) down to 20-30fps in 1st person view just from a couple of mirrors. With PIP disabled my fps is the same in both views.

Not sure if it's really an issue or just a very demanding setting as it's rendering a whole extra scene but it would be great if I could use PIP without such an fps drop.
