My clan mate was hosting a small multiplayer game and he could see the animals but me and the other clan members couldent

  1. Join a multiplayer game with >2 people.
  2. Have one player locate a small animal (snake or rabbit).
  3. The other players will not be able to see it.

Issue seems to have been accidentally set to private, changing.

Hi,

this is not a bug, this is an intended compromise solution. Synchronization of all animals in the game would significantly increase the network traffic. It could cause synchronization issues and even lead to FPS drops in MP, because there is a lot of animals around player. This applies only to animals created by in-game ambient system. All animals created any different way (scripting, editor etc.) which could be potentially important for a story of your mission, should be properly synchronized (and visible to everyone).

Marking as "won't fix" as we do not plan to change this because of reasons described above. Thank you for your feedback and understanding!
