Player Characters improper stance in vehicles

Description

Getting into a truck, both myself and my friends characters appeared to have no necks.

Characters head is pushed down inside the chest, or in the dead pose against the steering wheel {F16755}

This happens often for me, as well. Uploaded a screen shot of it.

Noticed this myself; Please also note that this only applies when player/entity is wearing scuba gear.

We were wearing normal combat uniform when it happened, not SCUBA gear
