Characters move way too fast compared to real life

Description

But the character's movement speed is way too fast for a military simulation at any stance.
This simply doesn't project the real world and speeds up the gameplay unnecessarily. Plus (not important) it looks awkward.

especially when fighting against AI, their movement is clearly looking like an Operation 7 player dodging bullets...

I calculated for walking ~5 km/h which is normal

and for sprinting ~24 km/h -- thats 15 seconds for 100m - thats also normal the soldier cant do this for long!

The speed of motion is fine, the speed of animation/length of stride just feels off. That's all.
