Additional Information

Steam ArmA 3 Alpha - 0.5.102571

This issue affects all parallax sights. Usually sights like these have brightness adjustments, so the sights should be bright and shiny at all times.

Sights start fading at dusk, becoming dimmer as sun goes away.

Turning on your flashlight restores the sights to normal "shinyness".

Examples attached in the zip file.

This sounds exactly like how the sights are supposed to work...

Not really.. these sight have brightness adjustments to allow the user to keep it well visible (while not becoming too bright at night) with any lights conditions.
A lot of those also have a green / red color switch to allow usage with NVGs

Hmm , it seems the reticles need more emmisive settings in the rvmat

The Pilots EOTecb the best example for this since you cant see the reticle at all.The tritium on the irons doesn't seem to work also.

Confirm, and the flash light can light the reticle up,that's also improper.
As for the brightness adjustments,it should be NOT to adjus brighter in dark to see them, but dim them down when dark to keep it form glowing.

As of 0.57.105125 parallax sights are clearly visible in all lighting conditions I've tested.

While they still exhibit change in brightness when illuminated by other light sources (most notably, own flashlight), for the purposes of this ticked I consider the issue fixed.
