ban.txt file not working

Description

So ive banned someone yesterday thru the ban.txt file via UID.
Today the player could join the server without any issues, how is that possible?

I have no idea if thats just a one time thing or not.

I doubled check the UID and it is this exact player.

Hello.
"disableBanlist=" set to true in config could cause such an issue.
Can you please check?

So this is weird, it was set to false. I always used the ban.txt file to ban players (with success until now).
Was something recently changed?

It is supposed to be set to false. If you set it to true it will disable the banlist.
