Issue Description:
When multiple people call a votekick, it collapses into "2 votes currently in progress" or whatever. It requires you to open the player menu by holding the "P" key, and yet holding it only opens the menu without giving an option to vote. Thus making kicking a player impossible
Have 2+ people call a votekick at once
Had this happen in a game just now, a griefer was being votekicked, then his accomplice just started another votekick and no-one could kick either of them.
FEATURE REQUEST:
It would be great if instead of the vote collapsing you had the option to vote for the "oldest" kick, and if there are additional votes present it would say something like "2 more votes in progress", and after you vote it instantly asks for input for another vote. That will make voting much easier and faster
