Server crashes are happening whenever there is a lot of items built up at bases in the conflict game mode. It only happens whenever there are to many fortifications/ tents (vehicle depots, medical tents, and etc) being built at bases.
Launch server
Claim most of the bases
Build them up and duplicate tents such as vehicle depots, medical tents, barracks, and etc. Also build up a lot of fornications to.
Spawn a lot of cars
Have a full server
Server will start to dip in FPS and crash eventually
