Issue Description: Holding CTRL and using the scroll wheel now INSTANTLY puts you from standing to prone and vice versa. No longer can you fine-tune the height at which your character is standing. Worked just fine yesterday before the 1.4.0.38 patch. Likewise, trying to walk a little slower puts you IMMEDIATELY down into a very slow walk. As if the scroll wheel doesn't have as many 'intervals' as before.
