Issue Description:

I think it would be beneficial to the health of servers and to expedite the process of kicking a toxic/ griefing player. If the amount of teamkills were displayed along side their name when a vote kick is started, it would be easy to see if a vote is obviously deserved. Many players rightly start a vote kick, but do not explain why and it gets ignored. Similarly, some players vote kick for a player slot or vote kick to troll and wrongly accuse them of teamkilling but it goes through because people are too busy playing the game or concentrating on something else to see the teamkill feed.
Obviously this doesn't account for other methods of griefing but I believe it would be a great start. Rising storm 2 has a forgiven/unforgiven teamkill system which could be beneficial to add to the game. A forgiven teamkill would not display on the vote kick teamkill number.
