Issue Description:
Right now, in the game, if you're wounded and knocked unconscious, you can still freely talk and type in chat with zero restrictions. Think about it—it makes no sense. A soldier is lying there, unconscious and badly injured, yet somehow he's able to clearly call out enemy positions to his teammates. Both voice and text chat should be completely disabled when you're down.

This not only breaks immersion but also breaks game design.
