My base is set up in Novy Sobor, inside a two-story house. I built two gates at the ground level, both of which remain completely untouched. However, the gate upstairs is missing, and all my loot is gone. Considering the layout and security of my base, there’s no logical way this could happen through normal raiding mechanics. I strongly suspect a cheater may have been involved, as this should not be physically possible.

raider 1st and 2nd door, then upper one, took the stuff, built back lower doors - done. Unless the code for codelocks have changed. But even in that case he could brutforce your code. So there is a way to rob it clean. But was it clean or a cheater no one can't tell now.
Better report be directly, in that case you'll have some chances (if that was a cheater case). But as for me this is dead end case
