[Reforger Issue] Reloading when using bipod causes weapon rest to deactivate.
New, NormalPublic

Description

Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Game Version number: 1.3.0.157

Modded?: (Yes/No) Yes, bolt action sniper rifle example below used to demonstrate, but affects any weapon with a bipod.

If modded, please list the mods:

		"modId": "62F262030463CDFB",
		"name": "CheyTac M200 Intervention",
		"version": "1.0.18"

Issue Description:

If you use a MG with a bipod, and reload it, or for bolt action rifles re-cock it, it detaches from the deployed bipod rest.

This is a severe detriment when using bolt action marksman rifles as it is an unnecessary step that messes up the aim. Once deployed on a bipod (rest), the weapon should stay there until manually moved.

Steps To Reproduce

Please include reproduction steps here!!!!
Scenario 1. Typical MG.
Get an M60
Go prone
Deploy bipod - (V)
Rest on bipod - C
Reload - R

Observe the weapon rest is deactivated and you are now waving it around. You have to redeply the weapon rest.
In real life, reloading a weapon would be done on a bipod if deployed.

Scenario 2. Bolt action sniper rifle (CheyTac Intervention M200)

Get an M200 Intervention (or any bolt action sniper rifle with a bipod)
Go prone
Deploy bipod - (V)
Rest on bipod - C
Fire a shot and reload - R

Observe the weapon rest is deactivated and you are now waving it around. You have to redeply the weapon rest.
This is even more painful, as when you do reactivate the weapon rest, the aim is now completely off (pointing fully down typically). Obviously a proper Sniper/Marksman weapon would not be useful if after each shot it's effectively picked up and put down in a different position.
