Dear Dev Team,
I assume players get pulled into the server via queue so the networking doesn't get overwhelmed. So my question is:
Would it be possible to make it so all players connecting after server restart with in a certain time window (clicking 'play' within the first minute after server is back up) get control of their character at the same time?
They could still come in via the queue system but have their controls locked, a waiting for players screen, and not be attackable by AI or anything until all people are in.
The idea is, that this would give everyone a fair shot.
If the server restarts during a firefight, or more typically in a stalemate situation where players are in a fortified position (e.g. building) players can outflank while the enemy is loading in or unbeknownst to their enemies enter the structure and camp the spawn.
