I can back this up, had a couple instances where I exited a boat, and attempted to vault up onto the ice sheets, only to be abruptly snapped back to where I was (even resulted in me falling into the water)

I also noticed this when I was getting out of cars on the “Many cars” EXP test server. So the issue seems to not be exclusive to boats
