When you were climbing ladders there used to be a message box that showed you the "Get off" option on certain spots, this way you knew you could leave the ladder on that specific spot. This message is no longer visible.
You can still get off the ladder without the message box showing but it is a bit harder and new people probably don't know this is possible.
