Repair trucks really don't do much beyond immediate repairs on a base. I would like to see them used more and would advocate for them also serving a new purpose as a "recovery vehicle". Instead of just repairing, the truck would also be able to find vehicles in the field and decommission them loading the supply directly into the truck. You could even give a rank bonus dependent on the value of the vehicle or even faction... This would open up Logistics runners to a new side job if they so chose.

Ideally we would have Towing mechanics in the future that would reward players for recovering friendly and enemy vics. But for now this seems like a easy way to encourage more use from some of our lesser used vehicles.
