So I posted recently and forgot to include my Steam64 ID, it was closed without even asking for it. which means you guys aren't actually investigating hacking incidents at all.
you just say you will investigate with Battleye.

cmon guys, you actually have to actively admin the servers at least a little. the hackers are out of control.
