This is a bug ive never seen before. I am unable to get the option for watering the garden plot. and then im unable to grow, but if it rains the plants will then sprout normally. This is a HUGE problem for survival in the game. Already bad enough that wolf and bear meat now infected. or that consumption rates are too fast for food and water.

This problem is reproducible every time i dig a a garden plot.
