Steps To Reproduce
1- Injure yourself so a limb bleeds;
2- Open the inventory and try to use a tourniquet (holding the button "F") (the animation will work but the tourniquet will not be applied).
Additional Information
Only in single player. Online seems to work.
Bandage, saline bag and morphine seems to work aswell.
