I am having an issue with the in-game voice chat when playing multiplayer. My mic works in all the other games in steam. I also tested my mic in the windows setting and Steam setting as well. I tried all the different communications channels available in online servers such as 55th Delta. I can hear other people speaking but when I press the push-to-talk they can't hear me. I also tried pressing the Voice button other than push-to-talk but it still doesn't work. Finally, I contacted support and the they made me try different solutions including running Steam as admin, restart Steam & PC, turning off all other output & input devices except the one being used, turning off firewall, running vcredist_x64 & vcredist_x86 as admin, running DXSETUP.exe as admin, running NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe as admin, and trying the different memory allocators for Arma 3 in the launchers parameter page. Please help me solve this issue as I tried almost everything up to reinstalling the game all together. I have never had voice chat in Arma 3 since I bought it 2 years ago due to this issue.
