Issue Description:
In almost all UAZ versions, the actual number of seats is less than the design number.
In the UAZ-469, the rear side seat does not work, and in the UAZ-452 Cargo, the rear seat, the only one in the body, does not work.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Spawn any modification of the UAZ of any faction.
  2. Inspect the cabin and compare the number of possible seats with what the game gives.

Note - the bug is in all factions with all UAZ modifications.

Additional Information
  1. UAZ-462 Photo from inside the cabin with two passenger seats and one driver's seat. as well as a car that writes that there are only 1 seats.
  2. UAZ-469 The number of seats is less than structurally.
