If civilians attack any soldiers of the INDEPENDENT or BLUFOR faction sides, then, after killing several units, the faction will return fire, treating the civilian as an enemy.
This is a adequate reaction, but any faction belonging to the OPFOR side will not react, which looks weird.
I also noticed, that the blue side will respond more sluggishly, but it will still respond, while the red side will look like perfect pacifists.

It would be great if soldiers turned a civilian into an enemy immediately after the first murder of their ally.
Any mission where a civilian turns into a rebel may require this.
I don't think it's that difficult of a task, even in the later stages of this game...
