Hello, this bug has been brought to light by a few duplicate tickets (current open ticket T175065) and it was confirmed internally September 2023.

Having the ability to throw an instant running power attack is extremely exploitable. I have included a video which showcases the bug in as much detail as possible. With this bug already acknowledged and confirmed internally over a year ago, I hope that it can be scheduled for a fix in the near future.
