Anyone else noticing when pushing a mod, steam doesn't announce there is an update?

This might be specific to OmegaManager.

but multiple times in the past week, I've had to push my updates twice or more for servers to download mine and at least 1 others mods.

first time I tried waiting it out. waited 3 hours before pushing again, while clicking force upstream check in Omega.
