I have tried all the ways that were available on the Internet. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled windows, checked the game cache, unloaded all mods and tried to log in again and all to no avail. Set boot settings and reinstalled drivers.

Hello tr0haq.
Both of the crash dumps are from instance when the game is being launched with -bulldozer parameter.
Please make sure to remove the parameter from the launcher / steam and try to relaunch the game.
