UndergroundStashSnow missing in types.xml for Sakhal

Description

My server users started posting tickets of disappearing buried stashes. I was able to isolate this to Snow Pile stashes and upon investigation, noticed that UndergroundStashSnow is MISSING from the types.xml file.

This causes anything buried in snow creating a Buried Snow Stash will despawn after some default amount of time (maybe 2 hours?)

Steps To Reproduce

Have a server without the UndergroundStashSnow entry in types.xml but has snow on the map. Bury a stash in the snow creating a snow pile stash. Leave it alone for 2 hours. Come back, stash will be gone.

Can confirm. Adding UndergroundStashSnow to db/types.xml fixes the problem.
