Your log files are weird, there are no crash reports.
And in your second last log, the game ran just fine, and that was just one day before this report. So it seems there is no issue with the Game itself.
Hm the illegal instruction is in the launcher itself, but the launcher runs .NET, so that is Microsoft's own code, maybe a Windows update messed it up.
