Tested on local Game master Everon, (first noticed during Conflict Everon).

1. Spawn a single US rifleman next to the tower at 061-033
2. Climb on top of the tower
3. Crouch and then attach to the ladder
4. Slide down the ladder fast (Shift +S-key with default keyboard controls) until movement stops. The character has ended up stuck in the concrete base of the structure.

This does not happen when you

1. attach to the ladder from standing position
2. descend slowly (only S-key) or stop during the descent and continue slowly
3. are at another tower (I haven't tested all of them, but this is the only one where this happens for me)
