Issue Description:

The AI currently making a lot of dump stuff.

1: They start shooting at you without line of sight. For example behind high Walls or inside buildings. You can stey and watch how they dump all its magazines empty. Seen yesterday in the curch of "Meaux" some units where inside the curch an some where around the curch. They start fireing while we where 100m away and did not stop. If we then where on the curch, all the mags of the AI where empty.

2: AI does not use Smoke or explosive grenades. All the units have Grenades equiped. But they do not use it anymore.

3: AI does not search for cover after dismount a Vehicle. They just stand on the street like paper targets.

4: AI does not follow you while in a Vehicle. For example if you cross a mounted AI Vehicle, the gunner starts shooting at you. But you can just drive away, because the driver does not care anything.
