[DayZ EXP 1.26] Clothes no longer dry while driving

Description

I had wet clothes and decided to drive a car (Ada 4x4) from Pusta all the way to Sinystok but they didn't seem to dry.
Before you could wear soaked clothes and they would dry very fast while driving a car but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

This was an intentional change by the devs. Vehicles are no longer supposed to act as a heat source.
