Exactly as title says, using any HE and damaging an entity that is not local causes _directHit to always return true for the entity's owner.

  1. Join any server
  2. Have the server spawn an AI and attach a handleDamage event handler that returns _directHit
  3. Throw a grenade at the AI
  4. Handledamage will always return _directHit as true for the server
