1.2.0.92 no mods.

Have eliminated all enemy forces in Figari and the military base next to it, objective will not complete.

Was also a problem on previous versions.

This was a new local PvE game started in 1.2.0.92 so wasn't a problem with an old save game carrying over to the latest version.
