1. Play on a multiplayer server (Official full conflict Everon, in my case), and spawn somewhere where you will be able to access a fuel supply point.
2. Go to the fuel supply point.
3. Get a fuel container from the fuel supply point box with a right click on it (it will be placed in your chest rig by default).
4. Close your inventory (TAB)
5. Open your inventory (TAB)
6. Drag and drop your fuel container into your n°5 "quickslot"
7. Close your inventory (TAB)
8. Equip your fuel container (press key '5')
9. Open your inventory (TAB)
10. Right click on your fuel container in your inventory (chest rig by default) to drop it on the ground.
11. Close your inventory (TAB)
12. Aim at your fuel container on the ground, and try to perform the "Fill fuel container action".
13. The action bar fills indefinitely without the container filling up. You will not be able to perform this action anymore.

Personally, I think that something related to the client/server synchronization and the animation processes.
