Issue Description:
When AI come across a gate they are supposed to use a low-importance squad member to open the gate,
The AI seems unable or forgets to let the AI get back in and drives off leaving the AI behind.

The AI left behind isn't sure what to do so just stands still.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Easily reproducible from GM
  2. Spawn Vehicle and man with AI squad.
  3. Task AI with driving a route that takes them though a gate of some sort
  4. Watch AI stop at gate squad member gets out and opens gate.
  5. Car moves forward stopping and starting as if to give time for AI to get in
  6. Car eventually drives away leaving squad member behind stuck and no longer moving

Fixed for 1.2.0.66 and higher.

Confirmed fixed. thanks though the AI seems to wait around for a while at each step of the process.
