Teamkilling is very serious issue in the game. The only tool we have to punish TKers is vote-kicking. Usually they return after cooldown time. On PC players can be banned by server owners, Xbox players don't have Battleye ID, so it's impossible to ban them.
We need auto-kick feature.
It could work when someone TKs 3 times within 10 minutes.
Of course there may be problems with chopper accidents and multiple-accidental TKs, but it is how it is.
The second/third time a player would be auto-kicked cooldown time would be twice/thrice as long.
