Issue Description:
The blue flat cap uses the dark gray flat cap model rather than the blue flat cap model. In other words, the hat is dark gray when it should be blue.
Geez, what is the status of this? This is an incredibly easy thing to confirm internally and fix.
Unfortunately there is no information I can provide. Also please bear in mind that we are likely to address issues that negatively impact gameplay and are of higher priority first, rather than minor cosmetic issues.
