setAccTime [feature request]

Description

Can we get an option for setAccTime to prevent the player being affected by it?
For example if you do
setAccTime 0.1;
and then do
player useAudioTimeForMoves true;
This will make the player move by its normal speed although the time is slowed down but that command will also make the player go through walls etc

Its not possible to decouple player only, from the setAccTime no.
