thats just known shovel bug, its have something to with either radio spawn or loadout, the outline disappear because of the nature of the game when your shovel is put back and thats the only bug here

Bohemia, WTF? You haven't even reviewed this bug. It literally make the game unplayable. And it happens randomly to everyone.
