Issue Description:
Adjustion explosion fuse time function doesnt work.
If you use time delay fusion - there is no way to change the time before the explosion. Its static for 20 sec rn

Take any explosion
Place any explosion
Try to adjust fuse time by using action "Adjust fuse time (20s)''

Expected result :
Fuse time increasing

Actual result:
Nothing happened. 20s is still remaining in action

Press and hold action button and scroll the mouse wheel at the same time.
