Server crush ucrtbase.dll
New, NormalPublic

Description

Hello. I manage the server. We encountered the following problem - after switching (about 3 months ago) to a new PC, the servers began to crash. When the server crashes, a minddump file is NOT created and the RPT file does not end up with the classic error when a server crashes.
Crash occurs only if there are a sufficient number of players, approximately 20+. The more players there are, the greater the likelihood of a crash.

Every time there is a crash, an error is created in the Windows log, where the error module is always indicated as ucrtbase.dll

There have been attempts to update Visual C++, using different versions of it - it does not help. We also rolled back the Windows server from 22 to 19, it also didn’t help. We tried different settings for the number of cores, including disabling multithreading - it didn’t help. We disabled almost all modifications that have scripts - it didn’t help. Full wipe didn't help. We changed the host, processors, and RAM (ddr4/ddr5) several times - it didn’t help. Checking the integrity of Windows files did not help.
We have not identified any indications of specific actions or specific players or locations at which the fall occurs - everything is always different.

To be honest, we are at a dead end, we have tried almost everything possible to solve the problem, but unfortunately we have not found it.
I’ll invite you to the latest log with the crash. As you can see, there is no maindump file in it, but this is a server crash.
